Last week my mom called me at my office and told me she read my blog.
I almost died.
I think I did, and then somehow willed myself to come back to life.
I thought about quitting the blog. I thought about privatizing the blog so that I would be the only one who can read it. Then I thought, why should I be shamed for speaking my mind and coloring outside the lines? Sorry I'm not sorry, Mom.
As Agent Smith said in The Matrix Revolutions,
"This is my world! Mine!"
